A: You can participate simply by attending sessions and participating in open discussions, or by submitting a poster and/or an abstract to present in one of the sessions.

To submit an A0-sized poster on one of the four conference themes: climate modelling; atmospheric chemistry; engineering systems; and impacts, implications and consequences, send your poster submission in pdf form to  by Friday February 27, 2015

To be considered for an oral presentation, please send a 350-word abstract to  by Monday December 1, 2014, stating clearly what session your abstract is intended for. We regret that we will not be able to accept all submissions.

If you are a student, the fee is reduced to £50; please be advised that proof (e.g. Student ID) will be required to confirm your registration.

A: Unfortunately registration bookings cannot be amended once they have been made. If you would like to make a change to your booking, such as adding a conference dinner ticket, please contact us directly.
